Patient Care, a national advocacy company headquartered in Milwaukee, is currently recruiting for the position of Health Care Benefits Advocate. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing organization providing a truly unique service.

In this full-time position, you will assist members over the phone with all issues related to their health care benefits as well as educate them on becoming better health care consumers.

Several years of proven experience in benefits/insurance administration and/or claims processing is required. Strong verbal communication skills and basic office software knowledge are essential.
