Clinical Services Care Manager

Patient Care, a national advocacy company headquartered in Milwaukee, is currently recruiting for the position of a Clinical Services Care Manager. This is a dynamic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join a growing organization providing truly unique medical services for our members.

This full-time position is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Registered Nurse to coordinate and provide health care services, promote health education and recognize national evidence based guidelines to assist members to become better health care consumers.  The Care Manager will contact members/providers by phone to coordinate care/services, as well as, be an internal resource to Patient Care’s Advocates.

Requirements:  Several years of proven health care experience in medical benefits/health insurance administration, knowledge in disease/case management and evidence based guidelines is required.  Strong verbal communication skills with internal and external customers and basic office software knowledge is essential. Certified Case Managers preferred.
