  • Came up with the idea of Patient Care almost 15 years ago because the average person finds health care frustrating and complicated!
  • Serves champagne at every monthly staff meeting
Emily Penner
Chief Operating Officer
  • Over 19 years of experience in the benefits and insurance industry
  • Expert in health and voluntary employee benefits
  • Emily has never had a soda in her life because she doesn’t like carbonation . . . but will make exceptions for champagne!
Bill Koehn
Chief Financial Officer
  • Spent over 25 years in the construction and manufacturing industries eventually as CFO
  • Came to Patient Care in 2006
  • Woof! One of Bill’s dogs has 34 titles earned in various competitions
Clara Chavez
Vice President of Member Experience
  • Started at Patient Care in 2005, when Company moved headquarters from New Orleans to Milwaukee
  • Her favorite thing about Patient Care is the culture. There’s a level of passion and caring that everyone shares!
  • Though presented with many opportunities to hit a piñata over the years, Clara has never been able to break one!
